The main work phase of the combined operation G1 has just been completed in the basin district des bassins à Flot in Bordeaux. This project is carried out by Eiffage Immobilier on behalf of the Grand Maritime Port of Bordeaux and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.
The G1 building, certified Bream Very Good, will consist of 6 floors:
- a set of food-based businesses on the ground floor,
- 2,900m² of roof top offices with access to a vegetated terrace on the 4th floor,
- 900m² of offices in R+5 and R+6. Make a group presentation of the 2900 and 900 m² of offices,
- three levels of superstructure parking on a total surface of 14,620m² for 536 people.
This construction site with the DND architectural cabinet has the particularity of having matriccated concrete façades whose design consists of sinusoidal curves inclined to 45° or 135° depending on the façades.
As building experts, the Eiffage Construction teams have pooled the expertise of the works and methods departments to prepare on-site formwork consisting of about thirty custom modules of up to 25 m² each, allowing for sink these beams and sails in place. In addition, a concrete composition has been studied to deal with the problems of bullage generated by this inclined matrix and thus guarantee an optimal quality of finish.
