Six months after the beginning of the works of the first intergenerational residence of France, Eiffage Immobilier and Reciprocity inaugurated a showroom Cocoon' Ages ® on the site of the Valley of Gavots in Aubagne.
On a surface of floor of 4 800m ², the residence Cocoon' Ages ® will consist of various spaces:
- a day-nursery of 32 cradles,
- 79 intergenerational housing,
- a house of the projects on the ground floor of 60 m ²,
- a big common terrace,
- shared kitchen gardens.
Cocoon' Ages ® was developed in 2015 by Eiffage Immobilier, in partnership with Reciprocity, to favor the exchanges and the solidarity between the residents, of every generations, thanks to an intergenerational family housing environment. This concept combines an adapted architecture (accessibility, ergonomics of housing, friendly shared spaces to favor the exchanges) with an offer of services/animation to live better together and to age well at home.
The delivery is planned for June, 2018 after 14 months of works.
A second Cocoon' Ages project ® is also under construction in the 15th district of Marseille ready for the end of 2018.
inally, two other operations will soon start: Guyancourt where France Habitation aacquired in VEFA a residence Cocoon' Ages ® and Ivry-sur-Seine where the lessor Valophis also chose to dash into the experience.
