The ceremony of first stone of the residence Cocoon'Âges of the city of Guyancourt (78) took place on November 22nd of this year in the presence of Marie-Christine Letarnec, Mayor of Guyancourt, Vincent Roberti, General Secretary of the Prefecture of Yvelines, Philippe Plaza, Managing director of Eiffage Immobilier and Serge Le Boulch, President of Recipro-cité.
The concept of intergenerational residence Cocoon'Âges, created in partnership with the social engineering company Recipro-cité, confirms the relevance of its model on numerous operations in development.
The well-living together is a part of the DNA of Guyancourt, that is why the municipality wished to value the Cocoon' Âges project, innovative and expanding of solidarity.
The residence Cocoon'Âges of Guyancourt, a total surface of floor of 5 370m ², will have 84 housing with social vocation, sold in VEFA in France House in April, 2017. It is the 1st operation Cocoon' Âges to benefit from an agreement of a social client.
The residence will be organized around a "house of the project" including a room of projects, directly accessible from the outside, furnished and equipped, an office for the animation, a terrace of 100 m ², a heart-shaped shared kitchen garden of plot of land, and a premises for the storage of tools for the maintenance of the garden.
This place will allow the intergenerational coliving, as well between the residents as with the neighborhood to develop a life of serene and friendly residence where the generations can share common activities and "live together".
The delivery of this residence is planned for July 2019.
