In the Great West region in France, our teams have just signed the Sale in State Future of Completion of a mixed real estate complex gathering offices and industrial activities of 7,800 sqm in Nantes, in the heart of the dynamic Nord-Erdre district.
This site has been designed to be a business incubator and accelerator of startups that will make the industry of tomorrow. Sébastien Ecault, head of the company E-cobot, initiated the reflections that led to the realization of this project.
For the design, Eiffage Real Estate has partnered with Architecture Forma 6 which has been able to highlight the industrial heritage in dialogue with a contemporary building. The project involves the rehabilitation of two industrial halls dating from the 1920s and the construction of a new extension on 2 buildings in R+5 and R+7 labeled «Breeam Very Good», un label attestant de la qualité environnementale du projet, en ligne avec la démarche ambitieuse du groupe Eiffage en termes de développement durable. Ces 2 bâtiments neufs seront conçus selon les mêmes codes architecturaux que les halles existantes. L’architecture des halles est mise en valeur : la fine structure de béton est remise en état, les grandes verrières sont redessinées en ensembles vitrés.
