Because becoming a homeowner is the project of a lifetime, we take customer satisfaction to heart. To ensure this, Eiffage Immobilier has developed the "Carrément Engagé" (Completely Committed) charter: 10 commitments that we make throughout the process.

One of our commitments is to listen. In order to improve customer satisfaction, we conduct an annual satisfaction survey among all our buyers. In 2020, 1,624 of them answered our questionnaire.

In addition to this charter, Eiffage Immobilier was voted Best Brand 2021 for the 4th consecutive year by Capital magazine, in the property developer category. An online survey was carried out with Statista, involving a panel of 20,000 French consumers, to measure their satisfaction with the quality of service offered by the brands they have visited over the past three years. Three points were used to establish a score and obtain this label: the attention given to customers, the level of expertise of the brands and their willingness to recommend the brand to their friends and family.
