One year after the end of the #immo-inno challenge, and thanks to the Seed'Innov cross-cutting innovation support funds, the Atelier By Eiffage is currently supporting new residents of several residences in Ile-of France in their move-in procedures, from the choice of mover to small installation works.
Regardless of the dwelling you are about to live in, accommodation always appears to be a worrying step in the acquisition process and the Atelier by Eiffage is there to accompany you on this journey!
Located in front of the residence, the new inhabitants will be able to contact the manager of the Atelier to benefit from:
- DIY tips,
- loan of tools,
- provision of a 4G key,
- administrative management,
- recycling of furniture and equipment,
- delivery receipt…
Residents of the Oxygène real estate program in Guyancourt have been the first beneficiaries of the concept since March 29. They were able to appreciate its usefulness and ease of use.

The Atelier By Eiffage continues its mission in Ivry until the end of October and will be installed in Versailles. Other workshops are being manufactured to be arranged on Eiffage Immobilier operations throughout France.
The Atelier by Eiffage is the result of a team effort initiated during the #immo-inno challenge, an internal innovation competition launched in 2017 by the innovation department of the city of Eiffage Construction and Eiffage Immobilier.
