In front of the city hall of Montpellier, the construction of the new residence Mithra, program carried by Eiffage Immobilier Occitanie, has just begun on the URBAN DEVELOPMENT ZONE of Consuls de Mer. This operation is a set of 48 housing signed by the symbolic architect Rudy Ricciotti (author of the Republic bridge in Montpellier, the Mucem of Marseille).
The residence Mithra will be in the new center of Montpellier near lines 1 - 3 and 4 of the tramway, at 10 minutes away from the historic center and 15 minutes away from beaches. The station St Roch is only 2 km away whereas the airport is 7km away.
Mithra will offer on 9 floors, new apartments from 2 to 5 rooms with wide terraces opened on the immediate environment or completely vegetated balconies.
It will have two very different facades: a vegetated facade towards Lez and a contemporary face with a landscaped roof on the side of the city.
This realization will benefit of a south exposure and a protected panorama. The residence Mithra will differ by its approach of the definition of the livable space. The opening towards the outside is the rule of this unique realization both by its shape and by its conception. Its solar orientation will fill the building. Apartments will be high-end and will offer beautiful volumes where the light draws new internal landscapes.
