BIM and data, Low-carbon building, Commercial property: Eiffage Immobilier wins 3 Pyramides d'Argent 2021

Created in 2004 by the Fédération des promoteurs immobiliers de France (FPI), the Pyramides d'Argent 2021 award ceremonies have all taken place, and it is with great pride that Eiffage Immobilier has won three awards! These awards, which cover a wide range of themes, recognise the daily work of our teams, who work to develop innovative, high-quality programmes with strong environmental ambitions. Discover them!

It is in the "BIM and Data Strategy" category that our teams won the Alps Region Prize awarded by Socotec, for the "Les Fermes de l'Alpe" programme. Designed by Arcane Architects, this exceptional residence is inspired by the traditional architecture of the alpine farm, using noble materials such as wood and stone. Currently under construction, it is located in the heart of France's most beautiful mountains, in Alpe d'Huez, and is scheduled for delivery at the end of 2023.
BIM has made it possible to approach the complexity of the project more simply: for mountain residences, which are often located on slopes, it provides a reading that makes it possible to arbitrate the technical points - in particular the foundations and supports - and to optimise the insertion of the building in the terrain. This programme includes three levels of infrastructure, with a complex geometry in the superstructure, and duplex flats under certain roof slopes. BIM was a real facilitator of technical synthesis.

In New Aquitaine, our "Echô" programme in Lagord (17) won the "Low Carbon Building" prize awarded by EDF, an exemplary project in terms of sustainable development. Located in the Atlantech® eco-responsible park initiated by the La Rochelle urban community, the residence is being developed in one of the first low-carbon urban districts in France. Designed by Poggi Architecture, it has been awarded the E3C2, BBCA and Bepos Effinergie 2017 labels and NF Habitat HQE 6*. The low-carbon construction of the complex involves optimising the structure of the buildings, the frugality of the buildings, limiting the consumption of raw materials and using "low-carbon" concrete.

The Horizon Maine project, located in Angers, won the Commercial Property Award for the Pays de la Loire region from SMA BTP. It is part of a mixed-use strategy and includes the construction of 178 housing units with car parks, including a 150-unit student services residence and 28 units of freehold housing. To complete this varied range of housing and services, the complex includes an office building with 4,100 m² of usable floor space spread over 6 levels, and 543 m² of outdoor terraces spread over the levels.
This building is served by a private hall which offers, in addition to a generous reception area largely open to the public domain, elements of comfort for its users with the creation of changing rooms and showers. An intergenerational living space designed by ANMA - ARCHITECTES URBANISTES to encourage "living together", the building is exemplary and meets the environmental requirements of Breeam Very Good certification. The choice was made to use 100% LED lighting and not to install any air conditioning. However, comfort of use has not been forgotten with the installation of an "adiabatic" type cooling system coupled with an efficient double flow ventilation system.

Congratulations to all the Eiffage Immobilier and Eiffage Construction teams - who built these three projects, as befits our unique builder-developer model - and thanks to all our partners involved! See you on 15 December to discover the winners of the Pyramides d'Or 2021!
