Eiffage Immobilier Solutions Industrialisées has signed a property development contract (CPI) with E.F.I (the Group's real estate company) to build the future headquarters of Eiffage Génie Civil Réseaux in Limeil-Brévannes (94). This project to redevelop a brownfield site involves the construction of an office building with a floor area of almost 2,000 m² in the Ballastières Nord urban development zone with the developer Avenir Développement. Designed with the architectural firm Manuel R. Da Costa, wood will be at the heart of the project through a collaborative wood and concrete structure and a wood-frame wall on the façade.
This office building project, for Eiffage Génie Civil, is a mixed wood and concrete construction project (MOB, wood and concrete composite floor and timber frame), to be carried out by Eiffage Construction Bois as a general contractor, together with Savare, Eiffage Energie Systèmes and Eiffage Génie Civil Réseaux. This project is a perfect illustration of the synergies that can be achieved within the Eiffage Group, involving all of its branches, from financial investment (EFI real estate) to the execution of the work.
Eiffage Immobilier Solutions Industrialisées* is committed to an active "sustainable construction" approach in collaboration with Savare and Eiffage Construction Bois, while setting ambitious environmental quality objectives.
Eiffage Immobilier Solutions Industrialisées is therefore aiming to obtain the NF Bâtiments tertiaires - Démarche HQE, Level Very Good and E+C-, Level E3 C2 environmental certifications and labels.
The works, which began on 3 April 2023, will be completed with delivery in May 2024.
