Eiffage Immobilier and Eiffage Aménagement do not conceive the City without giving their programs an artistic and cultural dimension in relation to the expectations of the territories and their inhabitants.
A building of housing, offices or public spaces open to all, are all living spaces creating social links, which must integrate harmoniously into the district and the city, through its facades, its common areas, its volumes and its urban furniture in respect of its environment.
Also, bringing inside the projects of Eiffage Immobilier and Eiffage Aménagement, Art in all its forms, at the heart of the daily life of our customers, participates in the societal duty that we consider to be part of the role of the developer and the real estate developer.
The "1 immeuble, 1 œuvre" charter
On December 16, 2015, the Ministry of Culture launched the program "1 immeuble, 1 œuvre" with real estate actors and in connection with the Federation of Real Estate Developers of France (FRED France), committing to order or buy a work of art from a living artist and to install it systematically in each of their new real estate programs or in the public space.
It can also be ephemeral works in the context of construction sites or rehabilitation of the building.
Since the launch of this project, Eiffage Immobilier has naturally become one of the founding members of this charter.
